What your team taught it, and your own records (how you price work, your rules, your strategy, the ideas that worked), become a new training version.
A new version of your AI is only used if it passes all your tests better than the current one. Otherwise nothing changes.

Collect training data

Questions and your module's answers, corrections, and revised drafts. Off until you turn it on.

Mask personal details in datasets

Emails, phone numbers, tax file numbers and card numbers are replaced with placeholders when a dataset is built.

What is collected

Exchanges: a question and the answer from your own module's AI.
Ratings: the thumbs up and down your team gives answers.
Corrections: when someone says "no, that's wrong", the answer and the correction.
Revisions: when an email draft is changed before it is sent, the first and final versions.

Never collected: answers from frontier models (their terms do not allow training on them). Everything collected is stored only on your module: it passes through SOVRON on its way there, like your chats do, and is never kept anywhere else or shared.

Ask it a question your business gets and save the right answer. Your AI learns it, and every new version is checked that it still gets it right.

Datasets

A dataset turns what has been collected into training examples, preference pairs, answers that need a better version, and a held-out test set used to check any new version of your AI before it goes live.

Deletes everything collected and every dataset from your module. This cannot be undone.
