What your AI learns from
Your records are yours, and by default your AI learns from them: how you price work, your rules, your strategy, and the ideas that worked. Names, emails and phone numbers are never put into training. Turn any source off and the next version is built without it.
Deleted
Deleted things are kept for 30 days so you can bring them back, then removed for good. A sync never brings back something you deleted.
